Build a personalised curriculum

In the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), students follow a diverse and enriching educational journey. The curriculum is divided into six distinct groups, where students select one subject from each. This balanced approach not only prepares them thoroughly for university entrance, but also nurtures their academic interests and future aspirations. Within each group, students have the freedom to choose subjects that resonate with their passions and align with their academic goals.

Studies in Language and Literature

Students develop critical thinking and interpretive skills through the study of literary texts. They engage with diverse perspectives and refine their ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Core subjects

The three core components of the Diploma Programme - Monograph, Theory of Knowledge (ToK) and Creativity, Action and Service (CAS) - are compulsory and integral to the programme’s philosophy.

These components are essential for earning the international qualification.

  • Monograph: A research project of up to 4000 words, allowing students to explore a topic of personal interest and develop independent research skills in preparation for university-level academic writing.
  • Theory of Knowledge (ToK): An interdisciplinary course that fosters an integrated approach to learning, encouraging students to explore the nature of knowledge across various subjects and appreciate diverse cultural perspectives.
  • Creativity, Action and Service (CAS): Encourages students to engage in artistic, sporting and community activities, promoting a well-rounded understanding of extracurricular involvement and personal development.

CAS Diploma

C.A.S (Creativity, Action, Service) is a key component of the IB Diploma, encouraging students to participate in artistic, physical and community service activities over two years. Students must complete 150 hours of various projects, along with self-evaluations.

The programme fosters personal growth, community engagement and helps balance academic demands. It promotes creativity, physical challenges and service learning, along with collaborations with organisations such as Save the Children, Unicef and others.
